After completing the Prairie Horticulture Certificate in 2009 Alicia started Thrive and hasn’t looked back. Over the course of her 15 years in business there have been lessons learned and valuable experience gained to provide a high level of customer service to clients.

A key focus of this customer services is listening to the client’s needs and incoporating as much of them as possible into each and every design. Aesthetics are important but functionality is also imperative. The approach taken by Alicia ensures all angles have been considered from where the dinning table lives to where the garbage bins will live.
